Registration Procedure

Students must register in person at the Admissions Office by completing the Enrollment Agreement.
Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM -7 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM – 3PM.

Schedule of Classes

Program class schedules are available in the Admissions Office.  

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are outlined in the TTL Catalog.

Financial Aid

TTL does not provide financial aid to its students.

Adding and Dropping Classes

Adding:  Students may add regular and late starting classes up to the first scheduled day of the class as long as space is available. After the first day of class students must have permission from the instructor to add (see Schedule of Classes for specific dates)
Dropping:  Students may drop a class in person at the Admissions Office during regular office hours.

Refund Policy

For purposes of determining a refund a student shall be considered to have withdrawn from a program when he or she withdraws or is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal policy stated in the TTL catalog.

The refund amount owed the student equals class fees paid divided by the total number of clock hours in the period of attendance, multiplied by the number of clock hours the student has not attended prior to withdrawal. No refunds are due once the student has received 60% of the clock hours of instruction in any given period of attendance.


TTL is non-accredited in California, thus no transcripts are issued from this institution.  Students will received a Certificate of Completion after paying all fees due,  receiving a passing grade for the class, and having attended 80% the total number of clock hours of that program.
